Hi! I’m Nick Grant. Check out my resume.
I graduated from George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and minors in English and journalism. While in Washington, DC, I acquired experience in researching and reporting. I try to embody the best qualities of a journalist, such as being curious, kind, and detail-oriented.
In the Interactive Telecommunications Program at the NYU Tisch School of the Arts, I focus on the effects of mixed reality on education. The role of a journalist is to educate the public about current events, which inspires me to develop innovative and interactive teaching practices. Additionally, I specialize in UX design, storytelling, and accessibility.
At ITP, I construct inclusive immersive experiences. I am fascinated by the methods in which emerging media technology produces strong positive changes on a personal level. I strive to imbue meaning in the ordinary.
In my projects, the end user is always at the forefront.
