For my live image processing midterm, I created numerous skits that were streamed on Twitch. The performance is inspired by “The Boy Who Cried Wolf,” which is one of Aesop’s Fables from ancient Greece.

My performance sought to showcase the toxic environment of social media. The viewers witnessed Steve McQueen construct lies to the public in order to acquire validation and popularity. While live, viewers voted in the chat about which clip they desired to see next. I wrote the script, filmed, and edited the twelve clips. My other group members handled the audio and the presentation of videos by utilizing Open Broadcaster Software. My class enjoyed the audience engagement and presentation of the comical and tragic narrative of the protagonist.
